Welcome to Atwe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Atwe website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Atwe, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Atwe

You must be at least 18 years old to use Atwe. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the content you create on Atwe. By posting, you grant Atwe a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI features

Atwe includes an AI assistant. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output.

6. Paid plans

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Fees, billing cycles, and renewals are presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Calls and live streaming

Voice/video calls and live streams are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on your network and devices. You are responsible for the content you broadcast.

8. Termination

You may stop using Atwe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atwe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
