Community Guidelines

Atwe is a place to chat, share, network, hire, and do business. These guidelines keep it safe, useful, and welcoming for everyone. They apply everywhere on Atwe — messages, groups and channels, posts and comments, stories, calls and live streams, profiles, listings, jobs, reviews, and the marketplace. By using Atwe, you agree to follow them.

1. Be respectful

• Treat others the way you'd want to be treated. Disagreement is fine; harassment is not.
• No bullying, threats, stalking, or coordinated pile-ons.
• No hate speech or attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic.

2. Keep people safe

• No content that promotes, encourages, or threatens violence or harm to others.
• No content that promotes self-harm or suicide. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line.
• No terrorist, violent-extremist, or dangerous-organization content.

3. Protect children

You must be at least 18 years old to use Atwe. We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes or endangers minors. We remove it, terminate the account, and report it to the relevant authorities.

4. No harassment or unwanted contact

• Respect "no." Don't repeatedly message, tag, or contact someone who has blocked you or asked you to stop.
• Use blocks, mutes, chat requests, and contact-privacy controls — and don't try to evade them.
• Don't share someone's private information ("doxxing") or post intimate images without consent.

5. Keep it authentic

• Don't impersonate other people, businesses, or Atwe staff.
• Don't use fake or bulk accounts, buy/sell accounts, or artificially inflate followers, likes, views, or reviews.
• Don't spread harmful misinformation or run scams, phishing, or deceptive schemes.

6. No spam or manipulation

• Don't send unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive comments, or misleading links.
• Don't manipulate the feed, search, jobs, ratings, or recommendations through deceptive means.
• Don't access Atwe through unauthorized automation or scraping.

7. Adult and graphic content

No pornographic or sexually explicit content. No gratuitous gore or shock content. Atwe is a professional, general-audience platform — keep what you share appropriate for it.

8. Trade honestly

• Only sell items and services you're allowed to sell, and describe them accurately.
• No illegal, regulated, stolen, counterfeit, or unsafe goods (e.g. weapons, drugs, recalled items).
• Honor your orders, deliveries, refunds, and disputes. Don't write fake reviews or pay for them.
• Job posts must be real opportunities — no pyramid schemes, bait roles, or requests for payment to apply.

9. Respect intellectual property

Only post content you created or have the right to share. Don't infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. We respond to valid intellectual-property reports.

10. Calls, live streams, and stories

The same rules apply to anything live or ephemeral. Don't broadcast harmful, harassing, or infringing content, and don't record or share others without their knowledge where consent is required.

11. Reporting and enforcement

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it — most posts, profiles, listings, jobs, and messages have a report action. Our team reviews reports and may, depending on severity: remove content, add a warning, limit reach, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate an account. Serious cases may be reported to law enforcement. We aim to be fair and consistent, and we consider context.

12. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines as Atwe grows. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

13. Contact
